The poster sessions are on-the-spot discussions and no audiovisual aids will be available.

The participant should bring the material (single or double sided sticking tapes, scissors, poster pins) for displaying or fixing the poster on the poster board

Poster size - maximum of 90 cm of width and 120 cm of height (vertical – portrait format).

Text must be written in English and should be easily readable from a distance of 2 metres.

Title – It is mandatory that the poster title and the title of the abstract submitted are identical. Title space of the poster should include the title of the work, author's names & the institutional affiliations.

Presenters must be available to the Judging panel on the date and time pre-determined by the Scientific Committee.

The presenter will have 10 minutes to present his or her work to the Judging panel, followed by five minutes for questions and discussion.

In case the poster author is not available when the judging panel starts the evaluation, the work will be automatically eliminated from award.

Presenters will be responsible for setting their posters and for retrieving their posters after the conference. Posters have to be put up in the allotted space, corresponding to the poster number, before 9.00 a.m. on the 27th of January 2018 and should be displayed there till 4.00 p.m. of 27th January 2018.

Consider bringing handouts for those who visit your poster. Use this opportunity to "network" with other professionals who share similar academic interests.
